Making sure you get the assistance you need in a timely fashion is important to us! As such, we've worked out a few different ways that you can obtain the support that you need to create and manage your website.
Since you're here, you're probably aware of the assistance available on the Help Site, 24 hours a day, seven days a week -- which means you can get your questions answered after work hours, on weekends, and over holidays (not that you should be working, but if you've got a question, you don't have to wait to get them answered!).
All CMS users are added to the CMS list serv upon assignment of an account. Web Management will use this listserv to communicate with CMS users periodically about updated training, new features, and other important information. Additionally, users can use this list to email their peers about website questions. Often, it is helpful to speak directly with a colleague who has also gone through the same process. While the Web Management team prides themselves on providing thorough guidance, it would be foolish to assume that our method of walking users through an issue is the only or best method.
